Your Responsibilities:
Cancellation Policy: Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a fee. Cancellations can be made by phone or email.
Keep Us Informed: Notify us of any changes to your contact details, medical history, or medications. This information is reviewed annually and kept confidential.
Prepare for Your Appointment: Remove nail polish before we visit, and be aware that some procedures involve sharp instruments, which carry a minimal risk of minor cuts or infection.
Privacy and Respect: Recording staff or procedures without prior consent is prohibited.
Payment: Payment is due at the time of treatment. Receipts are available upon request.
Privacy Policies: Review our [Privacy Notice] and [Data Protection Policy] on our website for details on how your information is handled.
Important Notes:
Emergencies: If you suspect an infection or have a foot ulcer, contact your GP immediately. Long-term wound care is not provided by our clinic and should be managed through the NHS.
Minors: Patients under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian to provide consent and attend all appointments.
Disclaimer:
During your appointment, we will assess your concerns, discuss treatment options, and provide a personalized care plan. While we aim to address your needs, some conditions may require referral to other specialists, which we will arrange with your consent.
If you have any questions about these terms, please contact Zoe directly. We appreciate your trust and look forward to supporting your foot health.
